Meet The Team – Buyer’s Specialist, Kathi Nelms

Kathi Nelms has called the Mississippi Gulf Coast home for over 20 years and has lifetime ties to the area through her family.  She obtained a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is married to Johnny – a coast native and local attorney.  Together they have three children: Alex, Patrick and Rebecca.  Kathi is involved in the Gulfport Admiral Baseball Booster Club, USM Dugout Club and St. James Catholic Church and is also a lifetime member of The Junior Auxiliary of Gulfport. kathi

When not working, she enjoys attending her children’s baseball and soccer games, sewing, playing tennis and running.  Kathi decided to leave her career in the oil and gas industry in order to pursue a career in real estate.  Her passion for helping others, mixed with her love of the area, make her the perfect agent to help you find your new home!  Contact Kathi HERE
