For an up-close glimpse into life at For an up-close glimpse into life at 7816 Coleman Homestead Rd, please review the following interview between the Seller and their Amanda & Associates Real Estate Agent, Mandy Patrick (228.243.7570/O: 228.280.8026).
Agent: What feature in the home did you love the most?
Seller: “I literally love everything about this custom home, that was designed by myself, and my architect. It has so many features to add ease to my daily life. The open floor plan with a large island was planned for gatherings. The stained concrete floors are beautiful and easy to keep clean. There is nothing I would change about the house, as I put so much thought and detail in it. The off the path location is such a quiet county setting, yet within a ½ mile of everything you need, being in the Heart of Hurley. It is also located within a couple of miles of one of the highest rated schools around. I built the home so that I would be close to my Business, not knowing my circumsatnces would change with my employment. I have made some wonder friends, and Awesome neighbors and have bittersweet feelings about the move. I know I will never find another piece of property with the beautiful trees, to build on again. The lot is so shaded, that the electric bill is incedibly low.”
Agent: What made you want to build this home?
Seller:Â “I just love Hurley. It was home to me. I found this lot and knew I would build my forever home there. However, life happens so my job is moving me closer to Biloxi. But I built this home with so much attention to detail to literally be my last house! I hate to sell, but I know someone will get a great home!”
