Thea moved to the Gulf Coast from Puerto Rico when she was nine years old. Her dad was in
the Navy and when a new job opportunity arose, her family decided to move, and have lived in
Gulfport ever since. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg where
she graduated in 2016 with a degree in Marketing and a certificate in Professional Selling. While
at USM she met her husband, Chris, and they married at the beginning of 2021. They now live
in Gulfport (hopefully with a puppy soon :) )
After graduating, Thea began her career where she worked managing a team of employees. She
set goals and lead her team to become one of the top producing stores on the coast. With the
knowledge she gained from her sales and customer experience, she can better serve her future
clients who are looking to buy and sell the property. Let her be your HOME girl!
What made you decided to get into real estate?
I’ve grown up watching tv shows about real estate and I know this may sound like any typical
answer, but it has always looked like so much fun! Not only do I help people with one of the
most important decisions of their life, but I get to be a part of it which makes it even more
exciting.
Tell us something about you that makes you fun?
I love a good adventure! I’m always down for anything. If you have last minute plans and you
need someone to go with, I’m your girl!
What do you like best about living on the Mississippi Coast?
I love the small town feeling and close-knit community. And of course, I can’t forget the food. I absolutely LOVE seafood so I could not live anywhere that didn’t have it.
