Y'all!!! Help us give a big South MS welcome to our newest agent, Donna Ratliff! She has one of those personalities that will make you smile as soon as you meet her! Her heart is made of gold. She truly wants to HELP every person she comes in contact with! Here is a little more about her and her journey to real estate!
Donna grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi, but after college she moved to Fort Myers Beach, Florida where she lived until moving back to Mississippi. She ran into a childhood friends which she married in Hattiesburg where they started their family.
She devote herself to raising her children before entering back into the work field where you will find her now. Her desire for choosing the housing market was to help others find their path to making memories with their family whether it was their forever home or a gateway to their financial freedom by investing. She wanted the opportunity to make a difference in other's lives.
She is down to earth, easy to talk to, and loves meeting others. She's a little spunky and has some pep in her step. She enjoys building relationships and gives of herself tirelessly. She's adventurous and is a thrill seeker. She enjoys living on the beach and traveling to the mountains In her free time she can be found volunteering with her church and the city of Gulfport or just spending time getting to know others.
What made you decide to get your Real Estate License?
I was making a career change.  I knew I needed flexibility. I wanted to work with people.  I wanted to invest and know firsthand when houses hit the market.  I started questioning Amanda whom I’m currently working with asking her about the industry. Her enthusiasm was contagious and it was because of her that helped me make my mind up.
Tell us something unique about you that makes you fun? Â
I’m adventurous. I enjoy going white water rafting, skydiving, snow-skiing, and kayaking!!
What do you like best about living on the Mississippi Coast?Â
There are so many things that I LOVE about the MS Gulfcoast.  I love the people here on the coast. I find that everyone is laid back, easy-going, and diverse in culture. I live on the beach so the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. It’s such a joy driving the beach wherever I go.  The beauty of the coast filled with the wonderful people seals the deal for me.Â
