Meet agent, Amity Gipson
Amity was born and raised on the Gulf Coast. After graduating from Long Beach High School,
she attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in
Elementary Education. Shortly after graduating, she began working in the Hancock County
Schools. She also attended William Carey University on the Gulf Coast to earn her Masters in
Elementary Education. After 21 years of teaching, she made the move into the real estate
industry to fulfill her dream to become a realtor. She loves working with clients to assist them
with all of the details with listing and buying a home.
As a lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast, Amity holds a deep affection for this place, enjoying
activities like fishing, boating, and savoring various seafood delicacies. She resides in Hancock
County with her husband Josh and two daughters, where they recently completed the
construction of their new home.
Her love of the Gulf Coast, beautiful homes, and people makes this endeavor something she
truly enjoys. She looks forward to helping more friends, family, and new clients find their next
dream home, sell their present home, or find investment opportunities.

What made you decide to get your license: I decided to get my Real Estate License because I love working with others, love helping
people, and looking at houses. My mom was an interior decorator for model homes and
I used to help her make decisions on decorations.
What is something fun about you? My unique characteristic is I am a people pleaser and always want people to be happy.
What do you love about the MS Gulf Coast? I love everything about the coast! My favorites are going to the beach, visiting the barrier
islands, fishing with the family, and Cruisin’ the Coast.
