Seller: "Upgrades consisted of 2x6 exterior walls, R19 insulation, heat barrier on west wall between brick and outside wall, hidden vent soffit for better ventilation in attic with automatic exhaust fan, 4ply plywood for roof decking, 2x8 ceiling joists with 2x6 rafters, Simpson strong tie structural wall strap anchors were used in all corners of exterior wall, hurricane straps were used on inside and outside of exterior walls, PEX piping used throughout home, pure concrete was used (cement and aggregate) with no additive fillers like ash and calcium, and Foundation was roll packed with a loaded dump truck after every 6” of fill was added for foundation compaction."
